Yuri from Girls' Generation is very well known for her structured abs since the Mr Taxi era. Yuri's trainer Lee Youngman revealed on One Night of Entertainment Yuri's diet and exercises that she did to achieve her sexy abs. Guys the diet is very strict and consists of a rigorous exercise regimen, so this is recommended for those with loads of motivation! The results in the end are worth the hard and dedication.

The diet to gain abs consisted of:

  • Seasonal Vegetables - 50g
  • Brown Rice - 150g
  • Grilled Chicken Breast - 100g
  • 5 Broccoli Heads

The exercises to gain abs consisted of:

  • Aerobic Exercises
  • 600 Sits Ups Everyday
  • or 600 Crunches Everyday

When Yuri isn't on her abs diet, her diet in general includes:

  • Bananas
  • Bell tomatoes
  • Cabbage
  • Chicken Breast
  • Milk
  • Sweet Potatoes

Wow I wish I had as much motivation as Yuri does! >.< Whenever I eat very little, I get hungry within 1-2 hours. xDDD Have any of you guys tried this diet? If so how did it go? ^^

  2. uhm ... what is this ? nothing special.. she just avoids fatty foods ... we all eat what she eats .. and the abs part extremely hard to believe ... one word : genes

    1. you need both a good diet and workout to get the abs, avoiding fatty foods can only do so much

  3. I once did the abs workout. And it worked! But im busy with my study so my abs line is fading away T_T if you wanna try, you can search '10 minutes abs workout'.
